Step 1 — At the point of payment
Open Capsure, photograph the receipt.
As soon as you pay, open Capsure and tap Scan. The camera opens. One photo — that's it. The OCR reads the merchant name, date, total amount, and T-number from the receipt image in under 3 seconds. No network required.
Step 2 — Automatic, same session
T-number verified against NTA database.
When you're back on a network, Capsure queries the NTA Web-API with the extracted T-number. It confirms whether the supplier is a registered qualified invoice issuer — and flags the correct input tax credit rate. You don't touch anything.
Step 3 — Tax time or monthly close
Export to Freee, Money Forward, or Yayoi.
Open the app, select a date range, tap Export. Download a file your accounting software accepts natively. Or share the export with your accountant — they'll import it directly, spending minutes instead of hours on your expenses.
